父母排队重开有望，各就各位……

今天，之前有提到的不许可提案被废除（Disallowance Motion）关于取消免费排队父母移民和亲属移民的移民条例，是否可以短暂开放即将有最新消息出炉。

原文如下：

Disallowance motion 24September 2014- Non contributory parent and aged parent, aged dependentrelative, remaining relative and carer visas

Senator Hanson-Young will move a disallowance motion against the Migration Amendment(Repeal of Certain Visa Classes) Regulation 2014, ascontained in Select Legislative Instrument2014 No. 65 [F2014L00622], which ceased the non contributory parent andaged parent, aged dependent relative, remaining relative and carer visa subclasses on 24 September 2014.

IF the disallowance motionis successful, there may be a short period of time to again lodgeapplications for these visa subclasses before moves are made to again closethese pathways.If Members have applications that could be lodged prior to thecessation, they may consider whether these may be validly lodged during thisperiod.

The MIA also notes that for Subclass 804 Aged Parent visathere is no legislative instrument specifying where the application must belodged and therefore no legal impediment to lodging the application at any immigration office.

因此，假如提案成功，以下签证类别会短暂开放，注意要点如下：

1. 父母排队移民类别—103和804签证

–必须邮寄或快递至父母移民签证中心

–其中，804签证，可以在任何一个移民办公室递交此类申请

2. 家属移民：

–115签证：可以在海外移民局的办公室递交

–835签证：无特别规定，但移民局建议在佩斯的办公室递交

3. 年迈受照顾亲属移民类别

–114签证：申请可以在任何海外移民局的办公室递交

–838类签证：无特别规定，但移民局建议在佩斯的办公室递交

4. 照顾类签证

–116签证：可以在海外移民局的办公室递交

–836签证：无特别规定，但移民局建议在佩斯的办公室递交

这次再次开放的时间可能会有半年，也许会设置固定数额，大部分申请需要通过邮寄的形式，这就更加增到了递交难度。请需要的亲们做好准备，发动打印机吧！
