什么是Quantity surveyor 造价师？

造价师也称为建筑经济师 construction economist, 成本经理 cost manager。其工作职责包括初期的成本预处与控制，项目结束后计算折旧、与维修成本计算。在项目初期，造价师要用自己对建筑方式以及价格根据业主的要求提供最经济的工程计划并且利用成本计划，成本分析与估算等方法来建立工程预算。在项目进行期间，造价师要与建筑商、工程师、承包商、供应商、业主、会计、保险公司、律师以及相关政府机关紧密联系。

造价师如何移民？

造价师是由澳大利亚造价师协会即Australian Institute of Quantity surveyors来评估，评估时间2个月左右，评估要求：

• 学历文件 （本科以上学历）
• 成绩单
• 护照首页
• 三年工作经验（从认证过的学校毕业可豁免）
• 雅思四个六 （有澳洲本科学历可豁免）
