根据移民局的内部条例，只要学生在这些偏远区读满2年，无论有没有拿到证书都可以的，例如学生Kevin在南澳大学读了两年的本科，后来转到迪肯大学读大三，这样的情况偏远地区的加分还是可以加的。另外学习的专业不需要与提名职业相关。如果你是在偏远地区读的专业与你将来的移民专业不相关也不影响你拿这个五分。
