Vetassess Assessment

The Vetassess assessment divides occupations into general professional occupations and trade occupations. Vetassess does not consider the visa category that the applicant needs to apply for, and gives it the same assessment, but divides the assessed occupations into 5 different groups, and each group has different requirements for academic qualifications and work experience:

Group A:Bachelor degree or above is required, the major is highly relevant, at least 1 year of highly relevant work experience after graduation in the past 5 years, work experience before graduation is not recognized;

Group B:Bachelor degree or above, highly relevant major, at least 1 year of highly relevant work experience after graduation in the past 5 years; or bachelor degree or above with a highly relevant professional certificate, at least 2 years of highly relevant work experience after graduation in the past 5 years; Or bachelor’s degree or above, irrelevant major, at least 3 years of highly relevant work experience after graduation in the past 5 years; for work experience before graduation with bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years of related work is required, and at least 1 year of highly relevant work experience in the past 5 years work experience;

Group C:A college degree with a highly relevant major and at least 1 year of highly relevant work experience after graduation in the past 5 years; or a college degree with a highly relevant professional level 4 or above certificate and at least 1 year of highly relevant work experience after graduation in the past 5 years; Or a junior college degree, irrelevant major, at least 2 years of highly relevant work experience in the past 5 years; for work experience before college graduation, more than 3 years of related work is required, and at least 1 year of highly relevant work experience in the past 5 years;

Group D:A Level 4 certificate holder with a highly relevant major and at least 1 year of highly relevant post-graduate work experience in the past 5 years; or a Level 4 certificate holder with an unrelated major and at least 2 years of highly relevant work experience in the past 5 years; or Level 3 certificate holders with a highly relevant major and at least 3 years of highly relevant post-graduation work experience in the past 5 years; for level 4 certificates, more than 3 years of relevant work experience before graduation, and at least 1 year in the past 5 years Highly relevant work experience;

Group E:College degree, highly relevant major, at least 1 year of highly relevant work experience after graduation in the past 5 years;

Group F:A Level 3 certificate holder with a highly relevant major and at least 1 year of highly relevant post-graduation work experience in the past 5 years; or a Level 3 certificate holder with an unrelated major and at least 2 years of highly relevant post-graduate work experience in the past 5 years Experience; or for Level 2 certificate holders, with a highly relevant major, at least 3 years of highly relevant post-graduation work experience in the past 5 years; At least 1 year of highly relevant work experience.

After the applicant chooses the relevant occupation, he needs to submit relevant supporting documents of academic qualifications and work experience. Among them, applicants from Europe, Nigeria, Pakistan, China and the Philippines need to provide supplementary documents for proof of academic qualifications. For example, Chinese applicants need to apply for Chinese Qualification Verification

 

This application does not need to provide IELTS scores; the assessment period for skilled immigration is 10-12 weeks, and the period for other assessments is 6-8 weeks. After receiving the result, if you want to apply for reconsideration and re-evaluation of another occupation, you need to submit a reconsideration application within 90 days of receiving the result; if you are dissatisfied with the reconsideration result, you need to submit a reconsideration within 28 days of receiving the result.
